Ok here it goes… it’s always weird writing about oneself
Jehan considers herself a Minnesota native although is also half Egyptian and lived in Egypt for 14 years. She is fairly fluent in the language as well as somewhat decent in French. She has been a health fanatic for sometime that led her to finally get her Bachelors in holistic Nutrition from Bastyr University in Seattle graduating in 2007. Along the years along with Bastyr she has taken many herbal classes, and massage. She has owned two health food stores; one in San Diego and one in Seattle and later in New Orleans where she lives now opened a vegan restaurant that has since closed. Tree Spirit Wellness was founded in 2008 doing outside sales of health and wellness products in her area to this day as she looks to grow her business outside of the state. In the years of her living in New Orleans she co-organized the Nola Veggies fest for 5 years with the collaboration of the Humane society of Louisiana, a non profit. Jehan is currently trying to simplify things till our messy world gets sorted out by focusing on the business and the building of her new house in the woods outside Chattanooga.

I forgot to add that I worked for a functional medicine doctor for five years organizing clinics and talks and that I also do nutrition and wellness consultations so however you want to fit that in lol

My question is what is the right way to file form 56 (I started the David straight way) just last week because I need to file form 56 before properly filing form W8BEN which Airbnb requires (I am a host so they seem to be stopping my reservations unless I file that form)
Also I screwed up on how I wrote my name for state national passport. I filled out all fields properly BUT used a hyphenated surname of birth plus marriage and they are saying I don’t have an ID showing that name. I asked them for a “remedy” and yet to have them return a letter after first letter they sent me. Hoping not to start over. Deadline for “expedited” passport was Dec 15th as I told them my travel date was Dec 15th
